Will it affect tracking or battery?
No. The cover is an open-backed shell that leaves the ring's inner sensors fully in contact with your skin. Tracking, syncing and battery life stay exactly the same.
How do I charge my ring?
Simply slip the cover off in seconds — no tools — charge as usual, and slip it back on.
